Steve created this video proposal in order to capture the attention of the program committee for the 2021 Global Conference for the Association of Corporate Counsel. Rather than simply sending a couple of paragraphs describing his proposed program, he starts the video with a drum solo and then goes on to describe the program, Jazz Drumming & the Art of Creative Persuasion. The committee loved the idea. Steve, along with team members, Val Gay and Rudy Rivera, presented to a global audience and received rave reviews.
